The network printer outage impacted hundreds of users. If you are experiencing this issue still, please make sure to submit a Helpdesk ticket at http://helpdesk.udmercy.edu and a technician will need to schedule an on-site visit to reconnect you to the printer. The technicians are moving as fast as they can to get everyone back online with their printing services.
