Law School Internet Down

It has been reported and we have yet to verify the Law School internet connection is down.  We will investigate as soon as resources are available.

McNichols Campus Internet Connection - Temporarily Down

The main internet connection to the University’s core servers is temporarily down and will be restored as soon as possible.  Connections to and from the residence halls should be fine at this time.

 

ITS will provide updates as they are available.

Services have been restored to Briggs that were afffected by the water damage.

All service includeing, WiFi, Telecom, and Faxes should be restored at this time

Due to an unforseen power outage there are localized network outages on yhe McNichols campus

- The wifi and some offices in engineering are currently experiencing outages.

- The CHP building wifi and some offices on the basement level are experiencing outages.

Network Connectivity Restored

As of 3:50pm, network connectivity for all users on the UDM McNichols campus has been restored.

At this time some users may be experiencing difficulty connecting to the network.  Our team is aware of the issue and have isolated the cause.  We are currently working on a resolution.

Due to an unforeseen power issue, Blackboard services are currently restarting.

UDM Network Team

MCN - AV Office Offline, Briggs Ground Floor IT network services offline, Briggs Basement WIFI offline, Briggs Fax Machines offline

Please be advised that due to some water damage, the ground floor of the Briggs building is temporarily without IT network services which includes wireless, wired and telecom.

 

Fax lines in Briggs may not work as well throughout the building.  Other floors should be operating fine as of this time.

 

 

As a result of this, the ITS-AV Briggs office is temporarily offline.  You may call the x1500 and leave a message and they will pick up the voice-mail as soon as they are able.  The AV office may also be reached via email at dts@udmercy.edu.  For emergency items or everyday needs, you may also stop by the B014 office. 

 

 

It may be more than a few days while the water damage is cleared, replacement equipment is acquired and set up.  Your patience as we deal with this matter is greatly appreciated.
