RESOLVED -Internet connectivity on 3rd and 4th floors - Library

Power has been restored and both phones and internet connectivity his again available.


We are receiving reports that there is no internet connection availabe in the Library on the 3rd and 4th floors.  Please be advise, our team is aware of the issue and are working to resolve.  There is no ETA at this time.

RESOLVED - O365/Email portal is unavailable

All users should have access to their O365 email once again.  Should you require a password reset please contact the Help Desk at 313-993-1500

Users are reporting they are unable to login to the O365 portal.  This issue is stemming from Microsoft's service.  At this tine we do not have an ETA.

TitanConnect - Scheduled Outage - First Weekend in October 2018

Please be advised that starting at 5:00 pm on Friday, October 5, 2018 and continuing through Sunday, October 7, 2018 the TitanConnect Self-Service and INB services will be offline while back-end database upgrades are completed in preparation for an upgrade of this environment later in the year.

During this time, the TitanConnect portal (https://tc.udmercy.edu) will remain online and available however, the links for these two services will not function.  Once the upgrades are completed, access will be restored.

Status updates will be provided to the University community on the ITS Outage blog which is available at:  https://udm-its.blogspot.com.  This is a good link to bookmark should you experience issues with any ITS service and would like to know the current status.

All other services including the highly utilized Blackboard, Office 365 and University’s websites will remain online and available during this time.

At this time, all primary systems are operational.  Work remains to be done to the connection to the Law School that is impacting select user populations.

Blackboard Course Error - Term 2 and Term 3 Courses

It was reported earlier in the day (2:18 pm) through the IDS department that select Term 2 and Term3 courses that are presently suppose to be active are not.  ITS is working again with Blackboard Support to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
