University-Wide Network Maintenance - Friday, November 29, 2019

The upgrade to the core networking switch started at 5:00 am this morning.

Please check back here for updates has they become available.

From Previous Announcement:

 This effort will impact all campuses.

The Banner and Self-Service system will be taken offline starting at 5:00 AM and is expected to return online by 11:00 AM.

All other IT services (except O365) will be down from 6:00 AM to 7:00 AM

O365 will continue to function from off-campus.

Blackboard, internet services, ITS labs, Architecture plotting services, telephones, McNichols cable TV, WIFI, TitanNet, my.udmercy.edu are a list of some of the services that will be down during this time.  As always, ITS will post updates during this outage to our outage blog at:  https://udm-its.blogspot.com.

All but Banner and My Portal are up. No issues detected during our testing. Banner and My Portal on target by 11:00 AM.

Blackboard, phones, www, etc. all testing fine. Should you discover an issue, please let us know via comments on this blog.
