A DTE Substation problem lead to a power outage starting around 11:45 PM and running through 2:00 AM. Many ITS services automatically started, however, the following services are currently unavailable: WiFi, Titan Net Home, and Group drives, Printing, and the Help Desk ticketing system. ITS is working to restore ASAP. All updates will be posted as they are made available.
9:40 AM - WiFi is again available.
3:00 PM - Home and Group drives restored

Listserver communications have been restored.
Remote desktop and various TitanNet drives remain down at this time.
Home and group drive along with Remote Desktop and Print services are back online. Users may need to restart their computer to establish a new network connection to see their drives.
Hi! It seems the printing services in Reno aren't working. Let us know how to move forward with printing. And we have restarted our computers. Thank you!
