We are experiencing errors with Windows and the TitanNet server. ITS is working to resolve ASAP.
ITS continues to work through to resolve this. Unfortunately, still no ETA at this time.
ITS is restoring group drives one by one and will provide alternative details on how to access the group drive files as they are restored. Home drives will follow.
ITS will be in touch with depts as their restored files are made available.Remote desktop remains down at this time.
A number of depts have been restored. ITS is continuing to work to get all back in place.
The restoration effort is still fully engulfing the IT staff. We hope to be able to open up more of the shared storage very soon.
Workarounds for printing is currently being deployed by the Helpdesk.
