Banner System Upgrades - Complete

System upgrades to Banner are complete. Service has been restored.

Now that upgrade is complete, how do I access Banner with Office 365 credentials? I used to go to My Portal, click on Application Navigator, and it would pop up. Now, I get this message: invalid username/password; logon denied. I don't know how to log in another way. Thanks!

I went to Office 365 to find ALL apps and found Banner-PROD-Navigator, clicked there--but still got error message. Getting closer...

It sounds like your Banner session has timed out. To resolve, go to www.office.com, click on your initials or picture in the top right corner, and sign out. Then, close your browser completely, reopen the browser, and try to log in to Application Navigator.

If you are using Edge, log out from your connected account by going to Settings and click Sign Out.
