Phishing Message

If you received the following message from an @udmercy.edu account, please mark it as spam to notify Microsoft.

The message is a phishing attempt sent from a compromised email account.

It has come to our attention that your Office 365 account is associated with two different logins on two separate universities' portals.
To prevent immediate termination within the next 24 hours, strict adherence to this notification is required.

Please allocate 24 hours to either verify your account at www.udmercy.edu/enrollment-management or anticipate the termination of your account.

Failure to verify will result in the closure of your account.
Your compliance is imperative.

Evisions and BDMS Down

ITS is working with our hosting company to restore service to these solutions as quickly as possible.

EMS Facility System Down

Related to the worldwide outage impacting many Windows based servers, the Facility Operations EMS system is temporarily down.  ITS is working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Axium Patient Management System Down

ITS is working to restore service to our Axium environment as quickly as possible.

Network Outage

ITS is investigating and working to resolve a network outage on our main campus affecting many University-wide services.

Banner Unavailable - July 10, 10 p.m. to July 11, 5 a.m.

Banner will be unavailable for a scheduled configuration change from July 10 at 10 p.m. to July 11 at 5 a.m.
