My name is Clarence Walsh and I still can not access my student email. Everytime I try and log-in it tells me I have entered the wrong user name or password. My user name is Walshcm...Could they have been changed?
No I'm not even sure how I would change the password... If there is some way you can change my password that would be fine or let me know how I would change my password... You could email me any change at Reveresco@hotmail.com. Sorry to keep bothering you with this and thank you for all your help.
Clarence, because of security policies we don't change passwords and e-mail the response. A password change can be made by the Helpdesk by an in-person visit (not possible until 1/2) or by requesting the password is sent to your official address on record with the Registrar's office (which is also something that would have to happen on 1/2 when we can touch base with the Registrar's office.)
The best situation for you would be to continue to think hard about what your password was and try that. It shouldn't be case sensitive but you may want to type everything in lower case?
I'm sorry we can't be more helpful than this at this time.
I can tell you though that the new e-mail system coming in the next few months has a "forgot password" feature where you can answer your own security questions to have your password changed.
I have tested delivery of message from the outside to TC and the messages are flowing through. There are some in the queue still to be delivered and those should come through in the next few hours.
New messages will go right through and be delivered.

Is email backed-up? I haven't received any new messages since the power failure. Thanks for your prompt attention during the holidays.
What system are you on...student, TitanConnect or Exchange?

I'm on TitanConnect -- as a faculty member.
