Pin #'s are obtained by either stopping by the Helpdesk in person with student ID or requesting from the Helpdesk that your pin is mailed to your address of record. We must ensure pins are not compromised and therefore these two options provide a justifiable level of security.
Next year, there will be a new system where there is a feature called "forget password" that will allow you to answer your own security question to resolve your issue.
Because we are on break at this time, the first opportunity to get your pin info will be 1/2/09 when the Helpdesk reopens.
