E-mail was working fine for a while this morning, but since about 8:00 every time I click on "e-mail," it opens the luminis window and gets as far as "waiting for resource-zone.udmercy.edu" and then nothing.
Could you try to clear your cache/temporary files for your browser. We are seeing it work on campus but will explore further if that does not fix your situation.

Closing browser and starting over doesn't help.
