Blackboard support was able to get us up and running around 11:15 am. You are welcome to return to normal use. We don't anticipate further issues related to the problems that caused today's outage but we are realists and will continue to monitor the solution as closely as we are able to knowing the critical importance of this solution to the students and faculty.
