Final status: Our investigation determined that a recently enabled flight change, intended to adjust the threshold of timeouts for specific cache queries, was resulting in impact to user access requests. We've disabled this flight change and confirmed impact has been remediated after carefully monitoring the environment. Scope of impact: This issue would have affected any of your users intermittently if they were routed through the affected infrastructure.
