Please be advised the University’s my.udmercy.edu portal will temporarily be down starting at 7:00 AM, tomorrow, November 15, 2022 while we enhance its security by converting the authentication to leverage the Office 365 multifactor solution. Should you attempt to go into the portal during this time, you will receive a notice indicating the portal is temporarily down.

Emergency Electric Service Interruption at the McNichols Campus Tonight, 9/2/22 - IT Implications
As a result of the DTE emergency power outage occurring this evening at 10:30 PM, a number of services may come offline (WIFI, Cable TV, telecom) during the outage. Should the outage extend further on campus IT resources may also come offline for a period of time. Critical production services will be restored as quickly as possible.
Office 365, Blackboard and other hosted solutions should remain available during this outage.

MCN WIFI and Listserver Processing Down
At the moment, the McNichols general campus WIFI and Jesuit WIFI is down. Residence Halls WIFI is up. Staff are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
Also, back-end listserver processing is down. The site is up but mail is not flowing. Staff working to restore service to this as quickly as possible as well.
