As a result of the power outages during break, all of Chemistry appears to be down (MDF), six access points in Engineering and one access point in the Library. ITS will work to restore all of these services as quickly as possible.

I have left a couple of blogs already, but I still can not get into my law school email. I have never changed my password, but I keep getting a incorrect password or account name message. I called IT today and left a message. My problem is I need to get on my email ASAP, but I will not be back in the Detroit area for another week, and previously I was told I would have to visit the registrar's office to find out what my password is. Are there other options? Thank you for your time.
Clarence, I'm sorry your having trouble logging into e-mail without having changed your password. That is odd. Basically, the options for password reset are:
1. Stop by the Helpdesk in person with student ID to have the password reset.
2. Request the Helpdesk send you your password information to your address on record.
Not sure where you received instructions about visiting the Registrar's office but that is not accurate.
