All services have been restored on the college/departmental web server.

why is the internet ALWAYS awful. Also, you increase our bandwidth in the dorms at 11pm....when we are supposed to be asleep. Here's a novel idea, use some of the 40,000 dollars everyone pays to come here, and buy more bandwidth for the dorms to use 24/7 cause frankly, it pisses almost everyone in this school off. There's even a facebook group called "the Shiternet" on the UDM network..
If your not peaking at 1.5M of bandwidth nights and weekends, then take a look at your system to see what is slowing your connection down. The speeds are going to be lesser during standard business hours on weekdays but on a day like today, there's available capacity and you could achieve 1.5M - which is pretty quick.
Sometimes it is the site your connecting too that can't communicate as fast as you can receive it and that slows things down.
We see some people are getting 1.5M.
