Exchange May Be Down

ITS staff received automatic notification of problems with Exchange but have not been able to verify this.  If you are an Exchange user and experiencing issues, please respond to this post to let us know what you are experiencing.  Thank you.

As of 6:00 a.m. Saturday, access to Exchange from off-campus IS down. Have not been able to access system from off-campus for 24 hours. SJM

7AM Saturday, 11/7 Exchange still down, was also periodically down Friday, 11/6. Cannot access off-campus

Same experience. No off-campus access since Thursday afternoon to Saturday morning (currently). Accepts login, then waits for a prolonged period, then freezes browser. Tried with IE and Chrome browsers with similar results.

I sure hope on-campus access is functional. I use this as a primary email and hope that off-campus access can be restored soon.

Rest assured, on campus is working. Network tech looked at it late last night and confirmed it was only Outlook Web Access that was the issue. We're hoping to resolve this soon.

I have not been able to get into exchange from off-campus for at least 24 hours. It is now 5:14pm on Saturday November 7.

As of 9:26 pm the network team is continuing to work through the issue.

On campus access remains available.

No ETA available yet.

Ok. Made another adjustment at 11:00 pm. Please try accessing OWA now and report whether success or not.

As of 830 am 11/8 Sunday OWA is working at it's usual speed.
