More info: Users may have experienced a delay of up to 15 seconds before being unable to join a conference in Microsoft Teams. Final status: We've determined that a portion of infrastructure facilitating Microsoft Teams conference calls via PSTN had become unhealthy. We restarted the affected infrastructure and confirmed impact remediation after monitoring the service. Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and impact was specific to approximately 2% of users served through the affected infrastructure. Users may have entered into an offline state due to a network connectivity issue or by manually selecting to enter offline mode. Current status: We've determined that a recent update has introduced an issue in which users that have entered into offline mode in Microsoft Teams are unable to return to online mode. We're partially reverting the problematic update in parallel with developing a fix for this issue. We'll provide a timeline to mitigation once available.
