More info: Users may have experienced a delay of up to 15 seconds before being unable to join a conference in Microsoft Teams. Final status: We've determined that a portion of infrastructure facilitating Microsoft Teams conference calls via PSTN had become unhealthy. We restarted the affected infrastructure and confirmed impact remediation after monitoring the service. Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and impact was specific to approximately 2% of users served through the affected infrastructure.
