Microsoft 365 suite service alert Incident information Title: Users in China can't view live events in Microsoft Stream when using a specific third-party carrier ID: MO218892 Status Extended Recovery Details Title: Users in China can't view live events in Microsoft Stream when using a specific third-party carrier User Impact: Users in China are unable to view live events in Microsoft Streams as they occur through a specific third-party carrier. More info: This event previously also affected the ability to play back live events after they occurred. As communicated in our update on Friday, July 24, 2020, at 7:44 PM UTC, a fix was deployed that mitigated impact to playing back live events. Current status: We're continuing the internal validation of a potential long-term fix, which is taking more time than initially expected. We expect to have an update on the status of the fix by the end of next week, Friday, September 25, 2020. Scope of impact: This issue only affects tenants who are hosted outside of China, but have users accessing the service from within China and from a specific third-party carrier.
