Microsoft Teams service alert Incident information Title: Unable to join Teams meetings or make PSTN calls. ID: TM215947 Status Service Degradation Details Title: Unable to access the Teams service or join meetings User Impact: Some users may be unable to access the Teams service or some of its features. More info: Users may also experience issues initiating PSTN calls and Teams Live events. Current status: We've determined that high resource utilisation within the Teams infrastructure in our North America data centre's resulted in impact to the service. We've connected the service to additional, healthy infrastructure to expedite the recovery and are monitoring the service while recovers. Scope of impact: Impact is specific to calls, meetings or Teams Live events initiated from the North America region.
