Final status: We received reports that restored users who were soft deleted in AAD from Monday, May 18, 2020, to Thursday, May 28, 2020, were unable to access the service. We investigated the issue and identified that a recent update introduced a code regression that was causing the issue. We developed and deployed a fix to resolve the problem and confirmed that the issue was resolved.
Scope of impact: This issue may have impacted restored users that were soft deleted from AAD from Monday, May 18, 2020, to Thursday, May 28, 2020.
