Current status: Additional investigation determined that this behavior is likely related to a network load balancing issue. We're currently in the reviewing several potential mitigation strategies to determine the most efficient means to resolve this issue.
Scope of impact: Impact is specific to a subset of users who are served through the affected infrastructure.
