Microsoft Teams service alert Incident information Title: Microsoft Teams degraded performance ID: TM216690 Status Service Restored Details Title: Microsoft Teams degraded performance User Impact: Users may have experienced degraded performance and latency when receiving chat messages within Microsoft Teams. More info: Users may have seen a 'Disconnected' banner at the top of the Microsoft Teams client. Message delays were up to approximately 15 minutes. Final status: We connected the service to alternate components and after a period of monitoring, we've confirmed that impact has been remediated. Scope of impact: Our telemetry indicated approximately 7 percent of messages were affected in the North America region.
