Final status: We've confirmed via monitoring that the routing change has finished deploying to the affected infrastructure and service is restored.
Scope of impact: This issue could have affected any user attempting to access Exchange Online email using their BlackBerry device or on Android and iOS devices that were managed through the Blackberry Work Client app.

Root cause: Recent changes to the routing of requests to Exchange Online from BlackBerry devices triggered an underlying code issue, which prevented users from accessing the service.
