More info: Some reports suggest that calls routed through call queues hang on "Connecting" and never connect. Calls that don't leverage call queues don't appear to be affected by this event. Current status: We're reviewing service logs and call queue configuration data in an effort to determine our next troubleshooting steps. Scope of impact: The problems affects calls that are routed through call queues.
