User Impact: Users may have experienced access issues or degraded performance while connecting to multiple Microsoft 365 services.
More info: Impact services included but were not limited to; Microsoft Teams, Skype, OneDrive and Outlook.com.
Final status: We've determined that the service has recovered and issue is resolved as of 1:05 PM UTC, Wednesday, June 3, 2020. We're working with a third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) to identify the underlying root cause of this issue. We'll update this communication if additional information becomes available.
Scope of impact: Impact was specific to a subset of users located in Brazil.

Root cause: A networking issue resulted in impact to users attempting to access multiple Microsoft 365 services.
