At the moment, both mail faculty/admin and student e-mail systems appear to be down. helpdesk.udmercy.edu and facilityrequest.udmercy.edu appears to be inaccessible as well. Network management has been notified. Due to the holidays, please be patient as we locate the appropriate network staff to address this issue. Both systems were up as of 11:30 pm last night. Both systems will be down starting at 5Pm today. This action has been approved by the Registrar's, Student Accounting, Financial Aid, & Law Departments. This is needed to complete final grade processing for T1 2006. Both systems will be available at the normal time, 7:30AM.

Understanding this is a critical time, we regret to report APECS and Weblink are down as of 7:00 pm 12/15. We have been working to bring them up and will keep you posted. Speeds to Law and Dental remain slow. Reports from Blackboard users of slowness during the afternoon usage.
