Voicemail Restored

System tested and working. 

Voicemail Down

Due to the Network Outage in Lansing Reilly/CHP the Voicemail System is currently Out of Service.  When the Network comes back up this should remedy the situation.  Thanks for your patience.

Lansing Reilly/CHP Network Down

Due to the heavy rainfall, we are experience some outages around the campuses.  Lansing Reilly and CHP are presently down at the moment.  ITS staff will investigate ASAP.

Blackboard Collaborate service is made available at this time. All historical data is preserved and test of Collaborate function passed. If you experience unexpected behavior, please use http://helpdesk.udmercy.edu to report and open a ticket.

Blackboard software maintenance scheduled - Friday, June 21, 7:30 a.m.

We are still experiencing problems with Blackboard Collaborate service. Attempt to fix this software issue requires taking Blackboard system offline. For importance of this action, we are scheduling this operation outside our standard maintenance window for Friday, June 21 at 7:30 a.m. Expected downtime is 30 minutes. If you intend to use Blackboard around this time, please make sure that you close your session and log out of Blackboard before 7:30 to prevent possible loss of data..

The Corktown Campus is currently experiencing a network issue. This related to a DHCP server having issues.

ITS is currently working on a solution to the problem and will update when one is found and applied.

Blackboard Collaborate Technical Issue - Blackbaord Learn Remains Online and Available

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues with Blackboard Collaborate.  IDS has reported this to ITS and we hope to have the issue resolved very soon.

TitanConnect Maintenance - Wednesday June 12, 2013 @ 6:30 am

Please be advised the TitanConnect system will be temporarily down starting at 6:30 am tomorrow for 45 minutes (or less) to perform maintenance on the self-service components of the system.  During this time, email will continue to flow into the system and be available as soon as you are able to log back in.

TitanConnect Service Outage

TitanConnect services are experiencing an unplanned service outage and are currently unavailable.  Our team is aware of the issue and have found this to be the cause of a power issue.  They are currently working to resolve.
