Internet connectivity has been restored

As of 9:58am connectivity to the Internet has been restored on the McNichols Campus.  We thank you for your patience while ITS resolved the issue.

Internet Connectivity McN Campus Only

The McNichols campus is currently experince an internet outage. Access to McNichols based service, ie Banner, Email, etc will be unavailable at the Law and Corktown Campuses

This will not affect internet access for the Law and Corktown as well as the Dorms.

ITS staff are currently working on outage.

Cable TV Channels **UPDATE 3/17 @ 1:35p**

All channels have been restored to the UDM Cable TV system.

Cable TV Channels **UPDATE 3/17 @ 10:50a**

UDM ITS has been working with our provider to restore service. As of 10:50a on Mar. 17 all but 14 channels have been restored.

UDM ITS continues to work with provider to restore the remaining channels.

We apologize for the inconvence this has casued.

Cable TV channels unavailable

*Update: 10:51am - A service call has been placed with the provider.  No ETA is available at this time.

Currently all cable channels above 11 are not available.  We are currently working to resolve the issue.  Please check back here for updates as we will posted them as they are made available.

Listserver Approval Process.

We are currently having an issue with approving messages sent to the Listserver.  We are working on a resolution and will keep the community informed as to our progress.
