ATT E-mail Blacklisted

Recently, we had a couple people from the UDM community fall for a phishing scam and gave their e-mail password to a scammer. The scammer took that information and spammed thousands of people. Because of this situation, UDM e-mail to ATT was blacklisted. The offending accounts have been locked down and we are working to clear our good name to restore e-mail communication with that site.

Please, please, please...don't ever give up your password to anyone.

Banner Application Server Error Corrected

There was a slight problem with the Oracle Application Server that was causing some individuals to get an error upon attempting to login to INB. This problem has been corrected. Thank you, ITS Dept.

TitanConnect Portal Services Restored

Maintenance on the TitanConnect Luminis portal has been completed. All services have been restored.

TitanConnect Maintenance Window tonight at 8:00 pm

As we move closer to the start of production use of the TitanConnect Banner system there will be a number of occasions when ITS will need to interrupt usage so that we are fully prepared for the Student system, Financial Aid system and student portal environment are ready for use.


Tonight, from 8:00 pm to 9:00 pm we will be taking down the TitanConnect Luminis portal environment.  All other University IT services will remain available.


Please make certain you have logged off prior to 8:00 pm.
