ODS Maintenance - Starting Saturday, June 1, 2019

Please be advised the ODS (Operational Data Store) within the Argos Reporting system will be unavailable starting Saturday morning while it is migrated to new hardware.  The server will be back online before the start of business hours on Monday, June 3, 2019. 

 

If it is available beforehand, ITS will post that to our blog.

Resolved - Help Desk Ticket System Is Unavailable

The Help Desks ticketing system is currently unavailable dueto a scheduled update.  Should you need to submit a ticket please call the Help Desk directly at 3123-993-1500 and we will create a paper ticket that will be entered into the system as soon as it becomes available.  Please check back as all updates will be posted here as they become available.
