East Quad - 3rd Floor - Down

Our reporting tools show EQ 3rd floor is down - wired and wireless.  Wireless users may gain bleed from other floors for a connection - though it may be a little slower than normal.

TitanConnect Portal Service Disruption

TitanConnect Portal is currently experiencing a service disruption.  ITS is investigating and working to restore service.

Update:  Services have been restored.

Dorms network - Internet access problem - fixed 09/11 at 7:45 a.m.

Dorms network, both wired and wireless, due to hardware failure, lost Internet access around 1 a.m. last night. Failing part was replaced this morning and Internet access to dorms is restored in full.

We apologize for inconvenience this outage caused to dorm residents.

ITS sees very low traffic coming through the dorms and is investigating this unusual event.

Exchange Down

Exchange email services unexpectedly down.  Network team working to bring back onlne ASAP.

 

Blackboard service available - Mon. 09/08 at 7:45 a.m.

Blackboard software patches are applied as planed and Blackboard system is online. These patches target number of issues, including ones we experienced.

Blackboard - Software Patch - Monday, Sep 9, 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard created set of software patches to resolve number of issues reported. As usual, that requires Blackboard services taken down for up to 60 minutes. Blackboard will be made available as soon as this operation finishes, but, please, don't plan on using Blackboard between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. on Monday, September 9.
If you are using Blackboard on Monday morning, please close your session and log out before 7:30 a.m. to prevent loss of data.

Ricoh Printers Available

Ricoh printers are again available. 

Ricoh Printers Are Unavailable

Currently all Ricoh printers within the UDM network are unavailable. Our teams are aware of the issue and are working to resolve.

SPSS Up

SPSS licensing has been installed and the new renewal date is set for 7/31/14.  All expiration warnings should no longer display.

 

SPSS Down

Please be advised the SPSS application is currently down while ITS works through the application of the renewal license code.  We hope to have this resolved sometime today.
