Hardware has been replaced and problems have been worked through.  Phone system is back to fully operational.  Thanks for your patience.


Dental is currently experiencing problems with about 10% of it's phone numbers.  Callers may get busy signals or just ringing with no voicemail.  The issue is known to ITS/Phones and is currently being worked on by our own personnel as well as a third-party maintenance group.  There seems to be hardware issues and parts that need to be replaced in the Central Equipment.  We are working diligently to resolve and will update as needed.  Thanks for your patience.

Titan Connect Email - Some Users Are Recieving Error Messages Or Not Able To Login

Some users may be seeing the following errors when attempting to access, or while logged into, their TitanConnect/TC Email through the Luminis web page.

  • "System I/O error. Administrator, check server log on for details"
  • Unable to set priority or delete messages in the Inbox
  • While logging into TitanConnect/TC Email the system shows there are no messages in the Inbox.  
 ITS is aware of this issue and is working to resolve.  At this time no ETA is available.

If you are attempting to login and are not successful, continue trying.  In most cases this is not  because your account has been locked out, but a symptom of the current issue.

Corktown Dental Campus - No Internet Connectivity

Currently there is no internet connectivity at the Corktown/Dental Campus.  The Network team is onsite and working to resolve the issue.  At this time no ETA is available.
