Exchange Email and Titan Net Affected

The same issue that was affecting Student Email was also having an impact on Exchange Email and TitanNet users.

You may have been getting messages on the lower-right corner of your main Windows desktop saying that you have been disconnected from the domain. Also, Email may not have been working - both incoming and outgoing.

These issues should be cleared up as of 1:00pm.

This resolution does not mean that the existing Student Email issue has been fixed. Only EXCHANGE Email, and TitanNet connection issues have been resolved.

Listserver Back Online

The listserver is now processing all messages.

The listserver is processing mail. The issue has been resolved.

Listserver Not Processing

At this time the listserver is not sending messages. Messages are going into the archives but not to each recipient. The network team is presently working on this.

Apecs and Weblink available 1:05 PM 1/11/08

Mainframe Going Down at 12:30 for 1 hour 1/11/08

An I/O board is being replaced in the mainframe this afternoon. The mainframe will be unavailable for approximately one hour beginning at 12:30 PM. We apologize for having to bring the machine down but this is a critical component for the system. Thank you, ITS Department

Mainframe Crashed - Reboot Necessary

I am rebooting the mainframe as it crashed. Apecs and Weblink should be available in about 20 minutes. SHamilton

Streaming Services Restored

All quicktime streaming services have been restored.

Streaming Server Maintenance will be off line from 11:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Monday, January 7th for operating system and software upgrades. All streaming services will be unavailable during this time. will be off line from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Monday, January 7th for replacement of raid cache memory and raid key. All quicktime streaming services will be unavailable during this time.
