Blackboard maintenance scheduled Mon. Mar. 19 at 7:30 a.m.

Blackboard software need installation of an important security patch. This installation is scheduled for Monday, March 19 at 7:30 a.m. in our regular maintenance window. This action requires restart of Blackboard services, expected downtime is 30 minutes.
As always, please close your work and log out of Blackboard before 7:30 a.m. on Monday to avoid possible loss of data.

TitanConnect Web Server Restart Scheduled

A web server restart has been scheduled for Wednesday March 15th between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. During this maintenance window users will experience intermittent access issues to the TitanConnect portal. Users are strongly advised to close all sessions and log out to avoid possible loss of data.

Banner Finance Upgrades

The Banner Finance upgrades are now in production. Finance INB is now at version 8.6 and Finance Self-Service is now at version 8.5.

Banner Finance Upgrades

Today, March 13, Banner Finance upgrades will be moved into production. The entire process will probably take most of the day. If problems occur, the process might extend to the following day.

It is not necessary that you avoid accessing Banner Finance PROD during this time. However, although it is unlikely, you might experience problems if you are updating a document (creating a requisition or change order) at the same time that process is being upgraded. The worst case scenario is that you might lose the data you entered and have to re-enter the information.

There appears to be an issue with our SPAM server and this is preventing incoming e-mail from being delivered. Service will be restored around 7:30 am tomorrow morning.

Incoming messages are currently queued and will be delivered at that time.

Voicemail is currently experiencing problems. Messages cannot be left or retreived at this time. The problem has been pin-pointed. ATT has been notified of the problem and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. We are very sorry for any incovenience.

Law School WIFI - Repaired

It was reported on Monday of this week that WIFI at the Law School was problematic.  After several days on-site, ITS fine tuned the network by retuning various access points.  Early reports from faculty and students indicate performance has improved.  Thank you for bringing this to our attention and your patience while changes were implemented.
