The Raiser's Edge and Researcher's Edge are back up, but your local workstation may need to be updated. If you try running Raiser's Edge and you are prompted to UPDATE your software, please select OK and allow it to update. If you get an error of any kind, please notify the HELPDESK and we will have someone come on-site to update your software manually.

Due to a hardware failure, The Raiser's Edge (and other related resources) are currently unavailable. We are rebuilding hardware and reinstalling the server software. It is estimated that the job will be done by Monday 8:00AM. Check this blog to see if this is finished earlier.
