Scope of impact: Impact is specific to some users in North America who are attempting to access their Exchange Online mailbox using Outlook on the web. Hold Removal Notification

If you received a “Hold Removal Notification” yesterday or today, please disregard.  These emails were erroneously generated during a system upgrade. 

Banner Upgrades - June 25, 7 a.m. - 2 p.m.

On Sunday, June 25 from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m., Banner will be offline while ITS works to install system upgrades.

McNichols and Riverfront Internet Reported Down

ITS is investigating reported outages on the McNichols and Riverfront campuses.  We do see the website and portal are operational to the outside world at this time.  More updates to come.

McNichols Building Power Outages - Locally Hosted Services Affected

The Facilities department is working on electrical in all buildings on the McNichols campus today.  At times various locally hosted services will be down including library services, University websites, Banner and others.

 

Email and Blackboard will remain online and available.

 

ITS will work to restore computer services as quickly as possible on this holiday.

WIFI - Briggs and Corktown

ITS is investigating WIFI issues reported from Briggs and Corktown.  We’re also looking into localized outages in the SU building as well.
