TitanConnect SSB - Where you go for pay information

The TitanConnect Banner Self-Service link is temporarily incorrect.  In our work to establish single sign-on to INB via Luminis, the SSB link was broken.  We are working with SunGard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  Your patients during this time is appreciated.

TitanConnect Banner - Fully Operational

The restart was successful and all services are back online.

TitanConnect Banner Database Restart at 12:00 pm for 10 Minutes

In order to resolve a technical issue related to the payroll process, ITS needs to apply a patch and restart the TitanConnect Banner system at 12:00 pm today.  During this time your e-mail should continue to function but your access to Banner INB and Banner SSB will be temporarily unavailable.

Ricoh Scanning Feature

We are currently experiencing a problem with the scanning feature of the Ricoh copiers. The scanning feature is unable to email the document to the user. ITS is currently working on the issue.

Faculty/Staff retired

The has been officially retired. All active employee and retiree accounts that contact us during the required time were converted to the new system.

The new e-mail system is at

If you do not have an account on that system, please have your supervisor complete the account application paperwork and submit it to ITS. The account creation process takes up to 5 days after HR has confirmed and entered the information into the system.

There were a number of users on the old system who were not officially removed at there time of departure from UDM. Those accounts have been closed down.
