Please be advised Internet access on the Corktown campus will be temporarily down for 30 minutes or less this morning after 9:00 AM while we replace the existing firewall with a new firewall.

Internet communications onsite will continue to operate as normal.

ITS is aware that the network is down and impacted Blackboard and other services.  Email will still function.

We are aware exams are still taking place as well as final submissions for courses.

We are working to restore ASAP.

Resolved: O365 Exchange Mailbox Access Issues

Some O365 Exchange users may be unable to access tbeir mailboxes.  Microsoft has posted a service advisory for this issue.  They are working towards a resolution

Resolved: East Quad - Internet Outage

East Quad dormitory is currently experiencing an internet outage. ITS staff are aware of the situation and are working on a solution.

Resolved :Self Service and Banner

SUNDAY  midnight ( Monday 20th, 12 am to 4 am ), Banner and Self Service Applications ( Registration, Class Search) will be unavailable.

All other systems will be available. There is no change to Email,  Blackboard and any other systems.

We have just received alerts indicating our network connection is currently down.  We are investigating and will work to restore ASAP.

ITS is working to restore service.  CATV has been reported down in the Quad locations and may also be down in other locations at this time.
