Please be advised that UDM’s voice-mail system will be unavailable from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 to perform necessary maintenance and install a software upgrade.
While we don’t expect to lose any voice-mail, it is advisable that employees with voice-mail process any unheard messages prior to this time.
Callers to lines with voice-mail will simply continue to ring until answered just as lines without voice-mail.
Callers to phone-trees such as 993-1000 will receive a message indicating the system is down for maintenance.
Should the work be completed prior to the estimated completion time of 9:00 pm, the system will be brought online earlier than expected.

Please be advised the Dental School WIFI and UHC WIFI are temporarily down. The outage started late Friday night and IT staff have been on-site investigating the issue. Replacement parts will be installed early Monday and we believe this will resolve the issue.
We strongly suggest you come prepared with a your network cable to plug your tablet into the wired ports in the clinic or the classrooms.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope to have it resolved as quickly as possible.
