1. If you are still logged into the TitanConnect Portal, just clicking on the link for TitanConnect Self Service may give you a signon screen that asks for a UserID and PIN. You can enter your "T" (T in CAPS) number or your E-mail account ID (all CAPS) and PIN (birthdate = mmddyy)
2. Logout of the TitanConnect Portal and then Log back in. Clicking on the link may then flash the TitanConnect Self Service page and then give you a "Page Not Found". Exit that window and try again. If that doesn't work Logout and start over again.
