To keep everyone in the loop, the website was flipped at 530. If your checking from home, you may not see it changed yet as your ISP dns entry needs to pick up the new location for our www site. This could be a few hours or more. On campus, since we point to our own DNS (where the change was made), the new site will come up. Patience is the word at the moment. The 530 time was selected knowing that by 830ish a good number of DNS servers would grab our updated DNS info.

If you receive the below email, be aware that it is not an official communication from the University's ITS Dept. It is a phishing scam and should be deleted. As well the link within the email is not associated with the University. Should you have any questions please contact the Help Desk at 313-993-1500.

The main Detroit Mercy web server has been restored. Sites (blogs) are offline. Restoration work is in progress.

Due to a recent Chrome update, v56 released by Google on 1/25/17, the Chrome browser is no longer compatible with the Titan Connect portal. Community members will want to access the portal using either Internet Explorer or Firefox as their browser.
A ticket has been opened with Google regarding this issue. Any updates will be posted here as they are made available.
