UDM System Outage

Our Enterprise application and E-Mail is currently down. We will update the blog once the systems are available.

All systems are back in full operation. Small hardware issued ballooned into something much larger. All is fine at this time.

I can get into TC self service, but not e-mail or INB, which are what I really need. I called the Help Desk; with the messages I received, and the young man who answered the phone checked with his advisor and the advisor suggested turing the computer off and on again, and if that didn't help just to wait. It's been over an hour and still no e-mail or INB, and in the meantime, one of the other two people in our office has lost access. Can someone please help? We can't e-mail the help desk.

What is the exact error message you get when trying to access these services?

EVERYTHING IS DOWN! Email, Blackboard, etc.--I can't even submit a online ticket to the help desk (though I just left a phone message). I sure hope this gets fixed today, because I have online finals to grade on Blackboard, and grades to submit by noon on Monday. Bad weekend for no tech support.

UDM has hundreds of components that make up the network environment. Everything is NOT down!

There was a known outage forthcoming from UDM's internet provider that was to take place between 7:30 am and 11:00 am on 12/19. We can see that the UHC clinic of the Dental School was down. If this is what you are referring to, this appears to be back up.

If you are referring to connectivity on campus to UDM solutions, please provide some useful specific details.

If you are referring to connectivity from off campus, at this time, we are able to log in to Blackboard, TC and e-mail without issue.

Please try again and provide some more detail.
