I am having trouble accessing my email account from off-site. I can reach my home page but cannot access email messages (luminous). Thank you!
Could you give the Helpdesk a call at 313.993.1500 and someone should be able to coach you through this. Check your pop-up blocker first to make sure it is off - sometimes toolbars have pop-up blockers that need to be turned off as well.
