Please be advised that UDM’s voice-mail system will be unavailable from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 to perform necessary maintenance and install a software upgrade.
While we don’t expect to lose any voice-mail, it is advisable that employees with voice-mail process any unheard messages prior to this time.
Callers to lines with voice-mail will simply continue to ring until answered just as lines without voice-mail.
Callers to phone-trees such as 993-1000 will receive a message indicating the system is down for maintenance.
Should the work be completed prior to the estimated completion time of 9:00 pm, the system will be brought online earlier than expected.
