The university will be implementing new servers for some Enterprise systems this coming weekend.

Systems downtime is scheduled for Sunday, May 19, 2013 from approximately 7:00 a.m. - Noon.

The services affected will be:
  • E-mail
  • TitanConnect Portal
  • TitanConnect INB
  • TitanConnect Self Service
  • TitanConnect Groups/Calendars
The ODS/Discoverer and Knowledge/Blackboard will still be available, but must be accessed through direct links rather than through the Portal.

During this time any email sent to an address will be queued and delivered as soon as the systems are brought back on-line.

Internet access at all campuses will remain online and available, however access to the services listed above will not be available.

Once the systems are brought back on-line, the Users who have been accessing TitanConnect INB with a separate link should return to using the link from the TitanConnect Portal.

Your patience during this outage will be most appreciated and we will update this blog when the implementation is complete.

Update : 9:40 a.m.  Maintenance is ahead of schedule.  Services have been restored for testing.  Please be aware that services are not fully production ready and may go offline again.
Update : 7:00 a.m.  Maintenance has started.
