Our ISP, providing Internet services for Dorms, is
experiencing technical problems. These problems are reflecting on users as very
short “hick-ups” in service.
Our system has automatic fail-over and users are getting Internet service. Automatic fail-over does not provide as much capacity as the main line though and, under circumstances, users may experience slower than usual response in their Internet use. According to our ISP, they expect to stabilize their service by 5 p.m. this afternoon.
