Network Access Issues due to Wind Storm

As a result of the wind storm, there may be periodic outages experienced preventing access to various University IT services.  ITS is monitoring the situation closely and will work to restore outages as quickly as possible.

There appears to be a problem now with access to blackboard and the UDM website

MCN campus is down (which includes Blackboard and TitanConnect). Law and Dent are still up. Staff will be in as soon as it is safe to restore service.

Appears to be no access to the law site.

There is still no access to blackboard or the Titan Connect. Actually I am unable to access any UDM sites.

Is there anyway to improve wifi at the law campus? Seems if more than 3 people use it, it becomes very slow and disconnects frequently.

Where exactly in the Law School are you experiencing this situation? We are seeing hundreds of connections each day all throughout the day. There are three zones - classrooms, library and clinic. Where are you encountering the disconnects?

As of abt 7:30 am Wed 11/20 web access seems to be down. Cannot use e-mail. Please investigate and report.

Our service provider has reported a routing issue that occurred between 7:14 am and 8:05 am. The issue has been resolved. Some traffic may have failed, some rerouted and some worked just fine during this period.
