The effort continues this morning to resolve the speed issue that is significantly impacting the Dental and Law campuses. The network team was able to isolate the cause to a smaller subset of servers on the McNichols campus. We are hopeful a resolution is not far off at this point. The issue will resurface at 8:30 am.
We watched the issue occur infrequently throughout the day and were able to further isolate the source to our WIFI environment. You may have experienced some disruption of WIFI service during the day while the investigation continued.

Although the issue went away at 10:10 am Thursday, it has resurfaced throughout the night. ITS is working to resolve this ASAP.
